  • Within 48 hours of your purchase, you’ll receive an email link from us inviting you to accept your new custom template in your Squarespace account! Then, it’s all yours!

  • When you receive a new template from us, it will come with a 6 month free trial to Squarespace. The standard Squarespace free trial is only 2 weeks!

  • Never used Squarespace 7.1 before? No problem! We’ll walk you through everything you will need to know to build and customize your site with Squarespace.

  • Before you start your website, it’s good to have a few things in place! We’ll create a mood board, color palette, write your copy, source images, plan your page structure and more!

  • We’ve teamed up with a professional copywriter for this one! The best copywriting tips in a “fill in the blanks” style workbook, so you can write great copy for your website.

  • Lots of our template pages come with a bundle of easily editable graphics, supplied as Canva templates.

  • Never used Canva before? Not a problem, we’ll teach you how to easily edit your template graphics, and then optimize them for your website.

  • Time to optimize, tweak and triple check! Before you launch your site, we’ll walk you through all of the final pieces. Then, you’re ready to launch!

  • Having a problem? Email us for template support anytime, and we’ll respond within 1 business day.

  • There are a ton of extra bonus trainings within your template resources for when you might need them!

WHAT YOU NEED

  • You will need a subscription to Squarespace 7.1. You don't need to sign up yet though, we'll walk you through the signing up process after you purchase.

    There are some blocks that are business plan only eg: Newsletter Block, Announcement Bar. If you want to use those elements, you will need to use the Business Plan. Otherwise, the rest of the template will work fine on the Personal Plan.

  • The domain is the name of your website (eg “websitename.com”).

    You can purchase this anytime and you will only need to connect it when your website is ready to go live (we’ll show you how!)

  • We will supply all of the editable graphics for this template in Canva and Photoshop format, so you can decide which format you would like to use.

Design Details

  • You can easily change all colors, fonts, graphics, images, text, add pages and adjust the layout to suit your brand!

  • The pages you receive will be the pages you specifically order, but you can duplicate, hide, draft or remove any of the pages at anytime.

  • All of the fonts provided are built into Squarespace.

    You can easily customize the fonts.

    If you want to upload your own custom fonts that aren’t built into Squarespace already, we have a simple tutorial on how you can do this included in your resrouces.

  • Photography in our templates is for demo purposes only and is not supplied. You will need to supply your own images for the template. We have a guide on sourcing great images within the template resources!

  • When you purchase a template from us, you will get instant access to all of the tutorials to help you prepare for your website build and learn all about Squarespace.

    Within 48 hours of purchase we will send you an invitation to accept your new template. When you accept, the template will come as a new website with a 6 month free trial.

  • If you want your template loaded into an existing Squarespace website, instead of coming in as a new website, you can add on an Install Package. Before you checkout we give you choice between a Standard Delivery or an Install Package, and there’s more info on that page about how it works.

  • When you’re ready to launch, you will need to upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan. You can view the plan pricing here.

    You will also need a Domain (URL). You may qualify for a free Domain through Squarespace with your yearly subscription.

    We’ll guide you through both of these things in your template resources.

  • All of our templates come with Canva templates included. Depending on the template, you may need to upgrade to 'Canva Pro' (a paid version of Canva) for best results. We recommend using the 30 day free trial of this upgrade.

    We have tutorials on how to use Canva edit your graphics, so don’t worry if you’ve never used it before!

  • You will never be required to use any code to build your site. All of our templates use DIY friendly features and you won't need to code anything!

    Though, there may be the odd time where we think the template looks better with a small snippet of code, in that case, we will provide the copy + paste code and more information on what it is for.

    You are also welcome to add any coded features of your own.

  • Yes! Our Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine Templates have a separate mobile editor, meaning that the template comes with a completely custom mobile design, and you have full control over it.

    To look at the mobile version of the page layouts, view the demos on your mobile!

  • All of our Build Your Own Templates are built on Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine. They are not compatible with Squarespace 7.0 and they don’t use Classic Editor Sections.

  • Squarespace is our favorite website building platform because it’s easy to use, has lots of built-in business features (eg blogs, ecommerce, email marketing etc). It’s also beautiful and has an intuative drag and drop editor!

    When you purchase a template you get access to our super in depth video walkthroughs that teach you how to use Squarespace, so you feel confident customizing your template!

  • Yes! We have free email support included with your template purchase. We also offer an ‘extra support’ paid service if you need assistance with something extra.

    Also, Squarespace has great live chat and email support.
